Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or starting any work. By accessing our platform and participating in our tasks, you agree to be bound by the rules outlined below.

1. Work Submission & Timelines

After submitting your daily quota of work, a mandatory 24-hour resting period applies before you can submit data for the following day. For example, if your daily limit is 10 tasks and you only complete 7, you must finish the remaining 3 tasks before the 24-hour timer begins for the next day's work. You are allowed a maximum of 40 days from your date of joining to complete your required 30 days of work. Submissions completed after this 40-day period will be deemed invalid for payment.

2. Trial Period & Accuracy Requirements

The initial Free Plan serves as a probationary trial. While this work is compensated according to our website's payout structure, all submissions must maintain a minimum accuracy rate of 98% across all categories. If your submitted work falls below this 98% threshold, the company reserves the right to cancel your registration, and no compensation will be provided for inaccurate work.

3. Payment Eligibility

Continued employment and subsequent payouts are strictly contingent upon meeting the 98% accuracy threshold during your first month. Freelancers who successfully pass this quality assurance check will receive their payout and be assigned work for the following month. Failure to meet these standards will result in termination of your account and forfeiture of pending earnings.

4. Finality of Submissions

It is imperative that you review your work before submission. Once you click the "Submit" button in the Free Plan workspace, the data is final and cannot be modified, edited, or retracted.

5. Data Integrity & Duplication

We receive data sets directly from our clients. Freelancers must input the data exactly as it is provided; unauthorized alterations or corrections are strictly prohibited. Note that during the first month, multiple freelancers may be assigned identical data sets. This is intentional, as the data is being routed to different client servers. Simply process the data provided to you.

6. Contract Duration & Upgrades

The Free Plan contract is valid for one (1) month. Active freelancers who maintain the required accuracy will be offered continuous work. Paid (Premium) accounts feature a 12-month contract duration, which may be renewed annually subject to the applicable renewal fees.

7. Fee Refund Policy (Paid Plans)

For users who upgrade to a Paid Plan, the registration fee is 100% refundable. To qualify for this refund, the freelancer must provide two (2) months of continuous, compliant, and on-time work. Refunds are issued exclusively to genuine freelancers who adhere to all T&C guidelines.

8. Amendments & Performance Targets

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon publication on this website. Furthermore, the company may assign specific performance targets prior to allocating work. You reserve the right to accept or reject any project; however, rejected projects will not be compensated, and a 30-day waiting period applies before a new project is assigned. Failure to meet accepted targets may result in account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating in this platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all minimum work requirements. If you fail to meet the required accuracy or deadlines, the company reserves full authority to withhold payment and disable your account.

By completing your registration, you explicitly agree that you shall not pursue any legal action against the company regarding withheld payments or account termination resulting from non-compliance with these guidelines. The company's decision regarding work accuracy and compliance is final and binding.
