1. HOW TO JOIN HOME BASE WORK?

 

Just go to our website www.homebasework.net and register or sign up there and start work what you want to start.

 

2. HOW TO WITHDRAW PAYMENT?

 

We will pay by western union, paypal, cheque, paytm, payoneer or online bank transfer. Go to our website www.homebasework.net and login there. And in you login area click on "how to withdraw payment" button and fill your payment receiving details. You option will open for withdraw your payment in your "my completed work" area after completing 30 days work only.

 

3. YOU HAVE DONE SOME MISTAKE IN YOUR WORK?

 

If there are few mistake only then it may be possible you will pass the 98% accuracy level. After today don't do any mistake so that you can give 98% accuracy. After completing your 30 days work you can see your submitted work also. And you can see your accuracy level also there.

 

4. NOT ABLE TO SEE DATA AND FORM?

 

Please delete your browser history and cookies. Because work is already updated there.

 

5. IS THIS WORK IS GENUINE?

 

You can believe on us. We need only one thing from you, and that is 98% accuracy in your work. Because our client are not taking any fee for that so they want accurate work. For getting payout you have to give us minimum this accuracy. If we will not give this accuracy to our client they will not pay us for that. Hope you will understand that. After completing your 30 days work you can see your submitted work also. And you can see your accuracy level also there.

 

6. CAN I WORK FROM ANY COUNTRY OR COMPUTER?

 

Yes you can work from any country. There is no any restriction for that.

Yes you can work from any computer. You can do same work from different-different computer or ip address.

But from one ip address you can do one registration only. Your account can be disable if we will found many registration from same ip and you are misusing of this condition.

 

7. HOW MUCH JOB I CAN DO SAME TIME?

 

One job is totally free. If you are doing one job only then you have no need to pay any fee. Any one job you can do without submitting any fee.


If you want to do 1 job then you have to pay INR 0 ($0)
If you want to do 2 job together then you have to pay service charge INR 1000 ($16) for second job.
If you want to do 3 job together then you have to pay service charge INR 2000 ($32) for another 2 job.
For more then 3 job together you can take paid plan.

 

If our automated system will found that you are doing more then one job without submitting service charges, your account can be disable any time and you will lose your all completed work and earning.

 

 

8. REFERRAL JOB IS MANDATORY? HOW TO PAY REFERRAL JOB FEE?

 

No referral job is not mandatory for freelancer who is joining after 5th feb 2017 they have to follow rule no 7 which is available in same page.

 

You can go to payment option page and can see there how you can pay any fee?

 

9. CAN I TAKE ONE DAY LEAVE?

 

You can take 48 hour leave only continious leave. If you will take more then 48 hour leave continious then your account can be disable without any notification.

 

10. SOME TIME GETTING DATABASE OR INTERNAL ERROR?

 

We are regular updating our server. Some time you will see this type of database or internal error. For this please refresh your browser and check website after few minute.
Very soon we will solve that. We are very sorry for this inconvenience.

 

11. NOT ABLE TO LOGIN? GETTING INVALID USER-ID OR PASSWORD

 

First please delete your browser history and cookies.

Please go to login page and click on forgot password button. Fill your registered email id with us and you will receive new password in your email id. With new password you can login in our website.

 

12. NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE NEW PASSWORD?

 

If your email id is correct, then 100% you will receive new password in your email id. It can take 3 to 5 minute maximum. And it can be available in your inbox or spam folder. So please check all email in inbox and spam carefully.

 

13. I AM NEW REGISTERED USER AND GOING IN ACCOUNT DISABLE PAGE?

 

Your account is disable because you have not done email verification till now.

1. After submitting registration form we already send you verification email. This may be available in your inbox or spam folder.


2. If this is not there, please wait for few minute. Some time it takes few minute.


3. So please go to your email id and open received email from homebasework. And click on verify your email id link there.


4. A login page will open. Login there with your email id and password and you can start the work.

 

14. I AM OLD REGISTERED USER AND GOING IN ACCOUNT DISABLE PAGE?

 

Your account is disable because you have not follow one of rule. First you have to read FAQ or all instruction in your job area. This is automated system. And we can't change. This automated system will disable you after some time if you will not follow any one of given rule. And we can't do anything on that. Without any proper reason your account can't be disable. Now you have to think that what mistake you have done?

 

YOUR ACCOUNT IS DISABLE BY ANY ONE OF THESE REASON?

 

Your account is disable because you have not done your any work before 2 days.
"You can take maximum 48 hour leave. You can't take leave more then 48 hour. Because our clients want regular work from us. For emergency case you can take maximum 48 hour leave only."

Your account is disable because your job account is still unverified and you are doing more then one job.
"For doing more then 1 job service charges is mandatory. As we mention you can do only one job if you are not interested to pay any service charges."

 


 

WHAT I CAN DO NOW?

We have not a long list for disable your account. These above 2 point only you have to follow for active your account for a long.Sorry to say but if you have done these mistake then your this account can't be active again. Because this automated system will not active you again. And nothing is in our hand now. That's the reason every time we are saying follow the rule and read FAQ and instruction before starting the work.


But one final chance we are giving you that you can go to our website and register with new id or password and can start fresh work again. But you have to follow all instruction.

 

We already mention all instruction for every job in your login area. And we already mention all work condition in this FAQ page of website. So first go there and read all condition and instruction before starting the work. Time to time we will update our FAQ page so that you can read your all questions answer there. This is must for you that, before starting the work read this FAQ page so that you will never face this type of condition in future.

 

15. OLD REGISTERED HOW TO ENABLE ACCOUNT AGAIN?

 

You can send request to company that enable your account again. And in future you will follow all rule carefully. But final decision will take company only. So this is in their hand they will active you again or not.

 

You have maximum 3 days to inform us and proof us that you have not done any above given mistake for which your account is disable. If you will not inform us within 3 days or we will found that your account disable not by mistake, this is disable because you have not followed instruction, then after 5 days you will lose your all submitted work and estimated earning. And we will delete your entire account with home base work database. And after that we can't recover your work, payment and account forever.

 

16. COMPANY WILL DEDUCT ANY TAX ON MY PAYMENT?

 

We will not deduct any tax if you will receive your payment by paypal or western union.

But we will deduct 30% tax if you will take your payment by other method. And we can't pay indian freelancer by paypal or western union. Because these facility is not available from paypal or western union that we can pay him from here.

 

17. I AM DOING MORE THEN ONE JOB AND I HAVE NOT PAID ANY SERVICE CHARGES BUT MY ACCOUNT IS RUNNING.

 

As we told you before also if you are doing one job then you have no need to pay any charges or fee. But if you are doing more then one job then you have to verify yourself by submitting service charges according how much job you want to do? If your account is not verified and you are doing more then one job then your account can be deleted any time. This is automated system. So your account can be deleted in 5th day or 10th day or 20th day or 30th day also. And you will lose your all work and earning. So please do the work according to rule only.

 

After that we can't do your any help. If your account will delete, then this automated system will delete your all record from server and we can't recover that also.

 

So this is your responsibility that don't do anything for which your account will delete.

 

18. I DON'T WANT TO PAY ANY SERVICE CHARGES, BY MISTAKE I HAVE DONE MORE THEN ONE JOB?

 

I don't want to pay any service charges. But by mistake in first day i participate in 2 jobs. Now when i have read that for doing more then one job i have to pay some service charges. So will i lose my all work and earning and my account will be delete also?

 

If by mistake in first day if you have participate in 2 or 3 jobs and instant stopped other jobs from next day and doing only one job from next day, then we will not delete your account. One day grace we will give you at least if you have done this by mistake.

 

But if you have not read all instruction in 2nd day also and you have done same mistake again in 2nd day then your account can be delete. Here our automated system will check that in 5 days, 10 days, 20 days, 30 days how much work you have done? and you are verified or not?

 

If this will find that you are not verified and you have exceed your one job limit after one day grace period also then this automated system can delete your account any time.

 

So this is must for you that please read all instruction and FAQ before starting the job.

 

19. MY ACCOUNT IS DISABLE. CAN I PAY SERVICE CHARGES NOW?

 

Please don't submit service charges for disable account. By mistake if you have submitted service charges for disable account then you will receive your service charges refund. Inform us regarding that and you will receive your service charges back.

We are very sorry but if your account is disable from these reason then we can't active your account again after submitting service charges. Disable account can't be active after submitting any payment.

 

  • Your account is disable because you have not done your any work before 2 days.

  • Your account is disable because your account is still unverified and you are doing more then one job.

 

 

20. I WILL RECEIVE PAYMENT FOR MY DISABLE ACCOUNT?

 

If your account is disable from your mistake (if you have not follw above and below given rule). Then you will receive nothing from here. Here are no any option for people who can't do work according to instruction. So please don't join or work with us if you can't read instruction or can't understand that. Because you will receive nothing if your account is disable from any one of your mistake.

 

You will waste your time if you will not follow the rule. That's the reason every time we are saying that please read this page before starting the work. And read all instruction in your work area.

 

21. I HAVE DONE 30 DAYS WORK BUT MY ACCOUNT IS DISABLE?

 

If you have done your 30 days work for any job. Please login in your account one time at least in every 48 hour. If you will not login in your account it can be disable. And it will treated you are no longer interested to work with us.


If you have done 30 days work and your account is disable by this reason we can't active your account again. And you will lose your all completed work and all earning. So please active in our website after completing the work also, whenever you will not receive your payment from here.


No anything you have to do for active your account after completing the work. Just login in every 48 hour for few minute and you can log out.

 

22. HOW COMPANY WILL CALCULATE 98% ACCURACY?

 

For one category 30 days work is 300 data. 98% of 300 = 294. So you have to do minimum 294 data correct for one category. If your 293 data is correct only then you will disqualify for this category. And you will not able to receive any payment for these 293 data.

 

Example:

 

  • In one form if your one data is incorrect. Like date of birth or anything then your one form is incorrect.
  • In one copy paste form if you will do any single mistake then one copy paste data is incorrect.
  • In ad posting if 7 link is wrong then your work will disqualify.
  • In facebook or whatsapp if your submitted 7 images or facebook url will wrong then you will disqualify for that work.

 

 

23. WHY EARNING AMOUNT IS CHANGED IN MY ACCOUNT?

 

It may be possible some time company will revise the amount of per job. Some time it can be increased or sometime it can be decrease.

 

  • Because we receive work from different clients or country some time earning can be change according to clients country currency rate.

 

  • Some time many freelancer not gives quality of work and not gives work on time. By this reason we have to decrease rates for our clients. That can be another reason for decrease your earning.

 

And this can be revise 2 time in a year only. Some time this can be increase also.

 

24. WHERE TO INFORM AFTER SUBMITTING REFERRAL FEE INR 1000 ($16)?

 

If you have submitted referral job fee then please inform us here only: INFORM HERE

This is mandatory that fill that given form and inform us about your submitted payment. So that we can verify yourself. If you will not fill this form after submitting the fee for referral job we can't verify you.

 

25. WHERE TO INFORM AFTER SUBMITTING 2 OR 3 JOB SERVICE CHARGES ?

 

If you have submitted referral job fee then please inform us here only: INFORM HERE

This is mandatory that fill that given form and inform us about your submitted payment. So that we can verify yourself. If you will not fill this form after submitting the service charges we can't verify you.

 

26. NOT ABLE TO PAY SERVICE CHARGES FOR 2 OR 3 JOB?

 

If you are not able to pay service charges for 2 or 3 job from any reason. Then you can do one job only and you can't do more then one job. If we will found you have not submitted service charges and you are doing more then one job then your account can be disable anytime.
In this situation please do one job only. Because one job is totally free and you have no need to pay any payment if you are doing one job only.
